HD2 Supported Living Services provide innovative support across England. Our services are focused on supporting people to be as independent as possible within their own homes and in the local community. It is our aim to support individuals in achieving their goals, believing passionately that every person, regardless of the challenges they face, can accomplish extraordinary achievements with just the right support.
How can we help?
As an independent provider of support for people with Learning disabilities, complex needs, autism and associated mental health problems, HD2 is on hand to help you with your own individual needs.
People we support can developing their levels of independence. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We support and encourage individuals with everyday tasks, including: household chores, doing their grocery shopping, and managing their money. We also make it possible for people to access local facilities such as leisure centres and libraries, as well as helping them to fulfill their education or employment wishes.
We understand that people may wish to use a personal budget or a direct payment to pay for their support and we are able to work with individuals and their advocates to ensure that this is set up correctly and safely.
Support services
Everything we do at HD2 is guided by the people who use our services, so the support we offer is completely dependent on the needs of each individual. We offer a flexible and person centred approach to allow us to align our services to meet the unique needs of people we support. We will ensure right from the beginning that we have a clear plans that support your needs.
We have an enthusiastic and highly trained staff team who work together to ensure that we provide consistency, continuity and quality support; this helps people to develop and grow in order to reach their full potential.
