Why do we exist.
As an organisation we exist to promote choice and independence for vulnerable adults and young people who chose to use our services. Through quality support, we help clients gain the life skills they need to build the foundations for independent living. We offer support to people who’s needs may include:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism and associated mental health
- Asperger’s syndrome
- Complex needs
- Challenging behaviour
Supported Living
We offer a range of support services to enable people to live independently and achieve their personal goals – whether that develop social skills, get a job, have their own home or make new friends.
Outreach & Home Support
HD2 is there to provide personalised support when and where you need it. Our staff will always treat you, your family and home with dignity and respect. We are delivering care and support to a range of people, you can put your trust in us – no matter how big or small the task. Services can be provided in a person’s own home or in one of our supported living schemes.

Our Goals
Our goal is therefore to provide the right environment to enable people we support to move towards developing the skills they will need to achieve their goals. It is our belief that each person receiving support should lead and be central to the planning process. Through respecting and promoting individual rights and choices. We support people to speak out and advocate on behalf of themselves and will arrange advocacy support in order that they may have the same opportunities as any other member of society. Our vision is holistic, embracing not just material needs, but all aspects of a person’s life from health and education to social and vocational skills as well as recreation and leisure.
