Our Home support services support you to live as independently as possible in your family home, your own home or in the community. We can provide support at a time you choose, 24/7 supports from a dedicated and highly trained team. What we support you with is your choice, but it could include the following:

• Daily living and independence skills
• Support with medication
• Support with eating and drinking
• Companionship
• Finances and budgeting
• Support to access education and/or employment
• Social and leisure activities
• Live-in care
• Respite care
• Appointments
• Cultural or religious needs
• Sleep-in/waking night staff

We are experienced in supporting people with personal budgets. You are at the centre of your own care and support at all times. All staff will receive comprehensive training to ensure that they can meet your individual needs. We make sure that wherever possible you are supported by the same staff to ensure continuity.
